Asked Questions

Health coaching is a personalized, supportive process that helps you make sustainable changes to how you live and take care of yourself so you can feel better in your body and your life. At Studio Wellspring, I focus on high‑achieving women who are dealing with stress, anxiety, or burnout (or feel like they’re headed there).

Instead of giving one‑size‑fits‑all advice, I take a whole‑person approach – looking at things like sleep, stress, nervous system health, movement, daily routines, and how your work and life are structured. Together, we’ll clarify what you want this next season of your life and work to feel like, identify what’s getting in the way, and build realistic strategies that fit your actual capacity, not an idealized version of your schedule.

The result? More energy, more mental clarity, and a way of living and working that supports your wellbeing instead of quietly draining it.

Therapy is led by a licensed mental health professional and often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, processing trauma, and exploring your past. Coaching is future‑oriented and action‑focused. In my role as a health & wellness coach, I don’t diagnose or treat; instead, we work together to clarify what you want your life and work to look and feel like, and we build practical, doable steps to move you in that direction. Coaching can complement therapy, but it doesn’t replace it.

Sessions are 60 minutes, virtual, and conversational. We’ll check in on how you’ve been feeling, what’s come up since we last spoke, and what’s most important to focus on that day. From there, we might map out your week, troubleshoot stress triggers, refine a habit, or, if you’re a founder/creator, think through a project or decision in your business through the lens of your wellbeing. We’ll always end with a few clear takeaways or experiments for you to try before we meet again.

The Business of Being You is a 12‑week 1:1 coaching program. We meet once a week for 60 minutes, with optional access to a live “Sandbox” session where you can bring whatever you’re working on in your business and get extra support. My current founding client rate is $997 USD for the full 12‑week container. As the program evolves and fills, this rate will increase.

Health coaching is not typically covered by traditional health insurance yet, but some clients are able to use wellness stipends, flexible spending accounts, or employer‑provided benefits to get reimbursed for coaching or related wellness programs. Every company and plan is different, so I always encourage you to check with your HR department or benefits provider to see what might be possible and whether health coaching can qualify.

You don’t need a doctor’s referral to work with me. That said, if you’re dealing with significant mental health concerns, medical conditions, or suspect something deeper may be going on (e.g., depression, chronic illness), it’s important to be under the care of a licensed medical or mental health provider. Coaching can work alongside medical care, but it doesn’t replace it.

This work is a good fit if you’re a high‑achieving woman who feels stretched thin, senses that the way you’re living and working isn’t sustainable, and is ready to prioritize your wellbeing without giving up your ambition. The best next step is to book a free Studio Wellspring Discovery Call. We’ll talk about what your life and work look like right now, what you’d like this next season to feel like, and we’ll see together whether my 1:1 coaching is the right support for you.
