Independent luxury is a game of precision. But when a founder is managing product launches, partnerships, hiring, and brand marketing simultaneously, that precision suffers.
I provide the structural support required to protect your creative focus—applying the operational discipline of a global brand leader to the specific, nuanced needs of an independent luxury brand.
Building bespoke internal playbooks that make production, shoots, and studio workflows repeatable.
Managing the full lifecycle of a collection — from GTM planning to asset delivery and market rollout.
Ensuring the brand's narrative stays sharp across wholesale, digital, and editorial touchpoints.
Sourcing and overseeing collaborations that drive revenue and cultural relevance without diluting brand equity.
Identifying talent gaps, vetting roles, and managing the external partners that bring the vision to life.
The Strategic Roadmap
Once the immediate pressure is off, we define a single strategic goal for the season. I build the plan and the operational infrastructure required to execute it with precision.
The Diagnostic sprint
We identify the most pressing constraint: a hiring crunch, a disorganized launch calendar, a systems gap — and resolve it. This creates immediate breathing room and establishes the foundation for what comes next.
I'm Daneshé Henry. I spent the last several years working across the Google portfolio, including Play, YouTube, and Gemini, leading high-visibility brand partnerships with McLaren Racing, dozens of top content creators, and global events and experiences. In addition to my corporate experience, my approach is rooted in a Wharton marketing education, complemented by a luxury retail trek to Italy visiting the headquarters of companies like Net-a-Porter, Prada Group, and Rinascente, and a semester at Università Bocconi. I founded Studio Wellspring to bring that same operational discipline to independent founders building the next generation of luxury.
