Running a brand is a game of momentum. But when a founder is managing product, storytelling, and growth simultaneously — that momentum stalls.
Founder-led brands plateau not because they lack content, presence, or effort — but because what they're putting out isn't moving people toward a decision.
They're visible. They're active. They're showing up.
But their marketing isn't closing the distance between attention and revenue.
That's where Studio Wellspring comes in. I work with founders to translate the attention they've already earned—online and IRL—into consistent revenue through brand strategy and marketing built to convert.
A brand with real vision deserves revenue that matches it.
Building bespoke internal playbooks that make production, shoots, and studio workflows repeatable.
Managing the full lifecycle of a collection or promotional moment — from GTM planning to asset delivery and market rollout.
Ensuring the brand's narrative stays sharp and consistent across every customer touchpoint as the business grows.
Sourcing and overseeing collaborations that drive revenue and cultural relevance without diluting brand equity.
I went in knowing we had a great product but feeling confused on how to position it and who we were really speaking to. Daneshé cut through all of it. She helped us get clear on our strategy and direction in a way I hadn't been able to do on my own. She’s sharp and warm at the same time—she'll tell you the truth in a way that actually builds your confidence. I 100% recommend her if you are trying to figure out your messaging and positioning.
Daneshé cut through all of the noise and helped us get clear on our strategy and brand direction.
. Daneshé helps you get a grounding in where you're at and reframes concepts you may already know in a way that shows new value to your business. I really appreciated her strategic pushback; she explains that if you 'pick a lane' here, it unlocks something else there. Laying out the results of those choices helped me understand our goals more effectively. She sees things that you simply don't see when you've been looking at a problem for too long.
"She reframes concepts in a way that shows new value and sees things you simply don't."
Working with Daneshé has been an incredible unlock for us. She helped us identify the core tensions in our business and move away from a 'universal' approach toward a more exclusive, high-trust ecosystem. I feel emboldened by the strategic decisions we made during the sprint. We now have a clear action plan that focuses on building community and generating demand authentically through our customer base rather than forcing it through general marketing.
An incredible brand unlock that helped us identify core tensions and move toward an exclusive ecosystem.
Heritage brand building goes beyond aesthetics. It's about longevity—a brand that compounds over time, stays culturally relevant, and remains creatively intact for generations.
You shouldn't have to scale a unicorn to have significance. A founder-led brand can be profitable, independent, and built to last without sacrificing ownership or creative vision.
Countless brands today are being built by visionary founders with an extraordinary ability to innovate and see what culture hasn't caught up to yet. The brand identity is strong, the creativity is palpable — but the business engine behind it can't sustain the momentum.
Without the infrastructure to support brand, marketing, and sales, it's impossible to maintain a business that is healthy, growing, and most importantly, yours.
This work sits at the intersection of consumer psychology and brand and conversion strategy to keep you in business for as long as you want to be.
I'm Daneshé Henry. I spent the last several years working across the Google portfolio, including Play, YouTube, and Gemini, leading high-visibility brand partnerships with McLaren Racing, dozens of top content creators, and global events and experiences. In addition to my corporate experience, my approach is rooted in a Wharton marketing education, complemented by a luxury retail trek to Italy visiting the headquarters of companies like Net-a-Porter, Prada Group, and Rinascente, and a semester at Università Bocconi. I founded Studio Wellspring to bring that same operational discipline to independent founders building the next generation of high-touch consumer brands.
